Welcome to Asma’s Table Chocolate Cooking Experience! Where chocolate takes centre stage—and nothing is off-limits. In this hands-on cooking class, you’re invited into a cosy, welcoming kitchen to explore chocolate in both sweet and savoury dishes, cooking together, tasting generously, and having a lot of fun along the way. Think rich, unexpected pairings, comforting classics, and dishes that surprise you with how naturally chocolate belongs.

What makes Asma’s Table different is the why behind the deliciousness. Alongside cooking, you’ll discover how chocolate is made—from bean to bar—and the fascinating science that shapes its flavour, texture, and behavior in the kitchen.

You’ll learn what cocoa percentage means, and how to use different types of chocolate differently. From starters, to main dishes and ending the meal with a decadent dessert, Chocolate will present its self boldly and disguised. Drawing on my background as a PhD in Chemical Engineering, I’ll translate complex ideas into intuitive, practical insights you can actually use when you cook at home. No lab coats required—just curiosity, appetite, and a love of chocolate.

The experience will be wrapped up by sitting to enjoy our creations around Asma’s Table, to sample and devour everything Chocolate. Ending the day with an overly chocolaty dessert to be balanced by tea or coffee. Whether you are a Chocolate aficionado or not (like me), this experience will not leave you disappointed. It will instead inspire you to experiment in the kitchen and create your own Chocolate master pieces!
